J-Lie Gives Himself A Tattoo [Video]

J-Lie was in New York while on his promo tour for "Local Tourist". He found time to stop by the tattoo shop and after getting the phrase "spoiled by God" on his leg he wanted to tattoo "R.I.P. Toni" for his friend who passed away this year, 26 years old of cancer.
